Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of customer and operations information into the company software system
  • Assist with customer operational and information enquiries.
  • Communicate with customer and company personnel through email/telephone/online communications to ensure operations are run smoothly.
  • Support branch operational procedures.

Education Requirements:

  • SPM or higher
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and G Suite

Experience Requirements:

  • Training will be provided.
