Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry of customer and operations information into the company software system
- Assist with customer operational and information enquiries.
- Communicate with customer and company personnel through email/telephone/online communications to ensure operations are run smoothly.
- Support branch operational procedures.
Education Requirements:
- SPM or higher
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and G Suite
Experience Requirements:
- Training will be provided.
